What can be uploaded ?

You are not really uploading anything, everything stays in your browser window.
You just need to drag and drop the desired file to initiate the analysis.
Here is the list of items that can be analysed

  • A package, Offers or Products, in zip format. (ideally the one that will be sent to our APIs)
    Analysis : Zip formatting, uncompressed size, Package structure, Relashionships file, XML structure and Data Contents
  • A single xml file (the one matching Offers.xml or Products.xml, exact naming not required)
    Analysis : File size, XML structure, Data contents
  • A single xml file (the one matching ".rels", exact naming not required)

This package validation tool is constantly updated in order to help find common errors found while creating Offers and Products packages.

Though we tried to make it capable, it might not be able to find all issues our live APIs can detect.

Error detection focus is built on structure and content formatting, and does not represent specific rules enforced at data level, including but not limited to :
account configuration compatibility, access eligibility, data conflicts, commercial rules, moderation, data ownership.

Please note that bigger packages tend to take more time to be processed.

This tool is provided as is and its output does not provide formal garantee of successful integration.

This tool does not upload data, everything is processed locally, on your computer, within your browser.

Any output is generated on the fly, previous results and files are not kept in memory
